Rooted in tradition and steeped in nostalgia, Para Maria is a Latin-inspired restaurant located in the center of Boston’s Seaport District.
Para Maria embodies the heartwarming experiences of making and breaking bread with family and friends. It is not just a place to eat, but also the sound of laughter and conversation floating above a patio at sunset. It’s toasting to the weekend with an ice cold margarita after a long day at work. The sweet drip of a melting paleta. The smell of smoked meats and vegetables on the grill and the lingering spice of the perfect bite that draws you back in for more.
Para Maria is the present and the past. It’s getting back to what matters the most — family and friends that have become family. Para Maria is for Maria. And now it's for you.
A first generation American, Tatiana Pairot Rosana grew up in Miami in a traditional Cuban family where food always took center stage. It was comfort and security, instilling her passion for the culinary world from a very young age.
Today, Tatiana heads Lookout Rooftop, The Envoy Hotel’s in-room dining, and now Para Maria. She has competed on the Food Network’s "Beat Bobby Flay," "Chopped," and "Chopped Champions," winning twice and earning the title of two-time Chopped Champion. Inspired by her wife’s Korean heritage, her own Cuban background, French training and New England experience, Tatiana is guided by her curiosity and openness to new cuisines.
